![]() Land use code data may not be reliable for any other purpose and may not reflect pending changes or any changes to the use of property not yet reported to the Assessor’s Office. Assessor land use codes describe the actual or proposed use of property as determined by the Assessor’s Office specifically for assessment purposes. Zoning is assigned to property by the planning department of the jurisdiction where the property is located and describes the approved use of property in accordance with existing land use ordinances and regulations. The term ‘land use code’ is different from zoning. Changes to assessed value that result in roll corrections will not be reflected on the Parcel Viewer Application after September 15th. Note: The assessed value s on Parcel Viewer are updated in early July and mid-September.
